Hmm, I am sorry to hear about Piccolo, he should have been wiser with this. I realize that he's not a danger to society but also the law doesn't make any exceptions so the guy has to comply with the rules. Many innocent people go in jail, and I am specially referring to drug users, those who are more lucky can trick the law and go in addiction treatment centers.
